Once on the page, scroll down to the section titled “Payment Plans” and click “Start a Payment Plan Agreement.” Follow the prompts to submit your request directly through your Spectrum homeowner account.

Please note that the Community Manager’s onsite hours will be temporarily adjusted for the week of June 16th due to the Juneteenth holiday. The Spectrum Association Management offices will be closed on Thursday, June 19th in observance of the holiday.

Dear Forest Oaks Residents,
We hope you’re enjoying the summer season and making great use of our community pools. As a reminder, all residents and their guests are expected to follow the established Forest Oaks Pool Rules to help ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone.
Unfortunately, there was an incident at the Lap Pool where rules were not followed, resulting in an injury. While we are relieved it was not more serious, it is a timely reminder that these guidelines are in place to prevent such occurrences.
Please take a moment to review the following key rules:
- Guest Policy: Each household may bring up to six (6) guests to the pool. Residents are fully responsible for the conduct and safety of their guests at all times.
- Children Under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No Running, Diving, Dunking, or Horseplay is allowed within the gated pool areas.
- Use of the pool after hours is strictly prohibited and may result in loss of pool privileges.

Dear Forest Oaks Residents,
We would like to remind everyone that the trash containers located within the community common spaces are for Forest Oaks Owners Association use only.
Illegal dumping of homeowner trash is strictly prohibited.
Anyone found disposing of personal trash in these privately owned containers may be subject to penalties for illegal dumping, including the cost of removing the trash.
Please be courteous and dispose of your household waste using your own designated trash receptacles. Let’s work together to keep our community clean and in compliance with HOA policies.
