Amenities
This active community has two pools, three playscapes, community center, basketball court, and a hike & bike trail. In addition, it has direct access to the Cedar Park hike & bike trail system.
Pools
The two swimming offer different experiences. Pool 1 is located at the southern part of the property, and is a junior-olympic sized pool. Pool 2 is located in the north-western part of the property, and has a beach-type walk-in and water slide.
Both pool locations have covered seating with tables, restrooms with changing tables, Lifeguards or Pool Monitors on duty during peak hours, and a nearby playscape. Pool 2 is co-located with the community center. Pool 1 has a nearby basketball court.
Both pools require access via the OpenPath app or key fob for entry. Please contact SpectrumAm if you don’t have access. In addition, each household will need to submit a Pool Waiver form that can be completed through the SpectrumAm portal (renters will need to work with their property management / owner for waiver and access). The Association expects all members and guests to abide by the pool rules. Failure to do so will result in a suspension of access for the remainder of the pool season or an amount determined by the board.
The swim season for both pools is from May through October. The pools are closed between November and April, and no resident access is permitted. Hours for the 2023 pool season are listed below:

Lifeguards present on Fridays from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from noon to 9 p.m.
Pools close for the 2023 season on October 15th.
*Both pools may also be closed for occasional, regular or emergency maintenance.
Community Center
The clubhouse is the usual venue for committee and board meetings. Homeowners can also rent it out for personal events. It has a main meeting room with about 48 chairs and 8 rectangular tables, a kitchen with a serving counter, microwave, refrigerator, and restrooms.
Requests for a reservation should preferably be made at least two weeks in advance, and can be submitted using the online Clubhouse Request form.
Greenbelt Trail
The Greenbelt is a wooded 2.5 mile hike & bike trail that runs through the center of Forest Oaks.
Playscapes
Two playscapes are located at each of the pools. A third, owned by the City, is located in a park on Lynnwood, next to the greenbelt. All offer covered portions and seating.
